Bnai Mitzvah Venue and Logistics Form

Planning a bar/bat mitzvah can be a stressful time. Our role at Neshamah is to help make every service stress-free. Since Neshamah does not have its own building we ask that families choose a venue that will handle Neshamah's service needs. All services must take place in the Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Markham or Vaughan areas. Please contact us before reserving a venue so we can make sure your venue choice is appropriate. Venues must be approved by our Administartor. DO NOT book a venue or provide a deposit before confirming with our Administrator first. Failure to comply with our policy and booking a venue out side ourĀ area may result in a surcharge.

On occasion families will change from a morning to an evening service or vice versa. Please re-confirm the date and time of your child's b'nai mitzvah.

Before booking your venue please contact our Administrator, Adam Polansky Shapiro at admin@neshamah.ca to discuss your venue options. Not all venues can accommodate a Neshamah service.

All of Neshamah's services require Visual Tefillah as well as a 3-4 microphone setup. Neshamah is responsible for providing all equipment. DJ services and in-house systems will not be used (with the exception of Richmond Hill CC which has a dropdown screen).

Also, please make your final venue choice aware that set up will begin 2 hours before the service start time and an additional 30 minutes is generally needed for tear down.
